The saddest part of my recent trip to Aligarh was that I saw so many bougainvillea hedges on the way and couldn't click even one picture of them 😭

I wait for Diwali to click Diyas, phuljhadi and fairy lights ✨ This one disappointed me a bit but issokay.

It's not always that we get to celebrate our Bua's (Father's sister) birthday together. @asmita_singh0421, @ap00rva and I decided to let our creativity flow instead of buying a gift for her. We didn't have too much time so we ended up searching for some inspiration on Pinterest and tweaked them to add our own elements to it and created this card in the small amount of time we had. It might not be perfect but then again, which piece of art is? ✨

*First Before and After post* The second pic is of August 2017, I could barely get the blouse on because of all the weight I had put on after getting it tailored. I wore this saree again this Diwali because I got lazy and didn't prepare the new ones. But this turned out to be an opportunity in disguise. This Diwali I've gifted myself health. It is rightly said 'Health is Wealth'. I think it's safe to say that I have adequate wealth right now. But this is the kind of wealth for which I'd like to become filthy rich! I've tried a lot of things on this journey and have failed too many times. I've given up and gotten back up like a thousand times and everything was worth what I have right now. I'll keep going because I'm addicted to the healthy lifestyle now. Remember: It's never the end. Just don't give up!
